Boyz n the Hood

Tre is sent to live with his father, Furious Styles, in South Central Los Angeles. Here he grows up with his two friends: Doughboy, a drug dealer, and his brother Ricky, a college-bound teenage father. Though his father tries to keep him on the right track, the lessons Tre learns are put to the ultimate test when tragedy strikes close to home, and violence seems like the only recourse.
