Tom Riley and Joanne Froggatt star in this heart-warming drama based on a true story. Tom and Nicola Ray have the perfect life with their beautiful daughter Grace (Ellie Copping) with another child on the way. When Tom is suddenly struck down with the rare, debilitating disease sepsis, Nicola finds herself having to make life-changing decisions that will affect her whole family.
