About this show

Set in the present day with flashbacks to the 1990s, life revolves around outgoing middle schooler Sydney Reynolds who lives with her single dad, Max, and progressive grandmother, Judy – three generations under one roof! As Sydney navigates the unexpected and even "catastrophic" challenges of being a preteen, Max is desperate to get a sense of the guidance, perspective and support she needs. Grandma, full of both parental wisdom and wisecracks, uses her razor-sharp memory to prove that Max's own teenage antics often parallel Sydney's.

This is honeslty one of the best disney channel shows ive seen in a while!! Its about sydney going about her daily life, and how her father, max, went to a simliar thing when he was the same age. I also love the fact that it sometimes handles real life actual problems kids her age go through. For example, I remeber an episode where sydey had her first period. Also, there was another episode where sydney's best friend, Olive', parents are going through a divorce. I feel like this is really good because it makes the kids and people watching feel like that they can relate. And its not like old shows where the kids get into the MOST randomest things, and the parents do absolutly nothing. Good show! Definitly would reccomend watching if you can!!
