A group of people of varied generations and lifestyles search for love and connection in contemporary Los Angeles. Among this group are Hannah and Paul, a couple whose comfortable marriage is suddenly threatened by surprises that take place on the set of their cooking show which is taped in their own home. Meanwhile, Meredith a single, serious theatre director is romantically challenged by tenacious Trent. Gracie and Roger, a couple who find companionship amidst a high-rise hotel room affair, are happy to leave reality checked at the door. Youngest of all are Joan and Keenan who lose themselves in the L.A. club scene and hope to find love in an era where there are many obstacles. Over the course of eight days and nights, each of these men and women will impact each other's lives and thoughts about love in unexpected ways.
