The Wrong Tenant

Two stories from different time periods play out at the same home. In the first story, a young married couple, facing financial difficulties, rents out their spare room to a strange but at-first charming man. In the second story, a young boy struggles to grow up within his troubled family. As both stories progress, the strange man becomes intense and frightening to the young couple, who try to get him to move out, while the young boy watches as his parents' marriage falls apart and his sister abandons him. Ultimately, it is revealed that the strange man and the young boy are the same person. As a young boy, he murdered his parents, and saw his beloved sister die of a drug overdose. Both traumatized in his youth in the house, yet strangely possessive of it, the man becomes determined to drive the couple out of the home and keep it for himself.
