The Hanging Sun

Based on the novel by Jo Nesbø, "The Hanging Sun" is a noir thriller set in the heightened atmosphere of a Norwegian summer where the sun never sets and where life and death are entwined. John (Alessandro Borghi) is a man on the run because he has betrayed his powerful crime-lord father (Peter Mullan). To escape from his family, John heads north and takes refuge deep in the forest near an isolated village. The only thing standing between John and his destiny is Lea (Jessica Brown Findlay), a woman facing hardship with a great deal of strength, and her son Caleb. Four-time Emmy Nominee, Charles Dance, also stars.
