Steve is contacted by government agents about his connection to their most wanted man, Ronald Reagan. Reagan returns to China to get his revenge on Steve.

The Dean loses control of the school to the mayor, who wants to convert it into a religious facility. Pony, Steve, and Baby Cakes try to help the Dean to regain his strength.

Members of the faculty must decide whether to raise or destroy the giant baby accidentally created in the school's Super Science lab.

Steve comes up with a plot to save the department with student registration at an all-time low. They must think of something before it's too late.

Pony makes a shocking discovery about the Dean, and he learns he has a secret. Meanwhile, Steve is bored.

Baby Cakes comes to the faculty prom with a date. It's being held at an abandoned schoolhouse, and is full of vicious inhabitants.
