Fraser has a crush on Ginny (Ami Dolenz). When she’s kidnapped by two men, he gets his rebel friend Mac to help him out rescuing her. Together they cross the country, looking for Ginny and the bad guys. Mac is played by Michael “American Ninja” Dudikoff and Fraser by Stephen “Cecil B Demented” Dorff.
