A “carny noir” set entirely in a small, seedy carnival. It’s murder, mayhem and show girls shaking their stuff, when a reporter wanted for killing his editor is tracked down by the police to the travelling carnival. The reporter and his girlfriend are blending in, trying to solve the murder.
