The rush for the pro football agents to recruit a winning and profitable draft class kicks off with a record-setting quarterback and 2014's most sought-after running back. Some call it the hustle and grind but it's all about survival.
2 College Football Recruiting Season

Sunny recruits a powerful Linebacker, Jeff Luc who gets injured in his final game. Ed continues his pursuit of star Indiana Running back Tevin Coleman and goes after two UConn prospects Cornerback Byron Jones and Wide Receiver Geremy Davis. Peter plays a round of golf with his client Adam "Pacman" Jones, then interviews Mario Edwards Jr., the son of one of his former clients who is now one of the most sought after Defensive Ends in the country.
3 Signing College Football Players

Competition heats up for Ed as he goes after a running back whose draft stock is quickly rising. Jeff signs both a powerhouse Defensive end, and an undiscovered local talent. Sunny receives an offer to buy his agency, which could bring big changes. And Peter welcomes a new player into the family.
4 Football Players Prepare for the Draft

Sunny risks big money to send a recruit to training with Tom Shaw in Florida while Ed scrambles to find a new team for an unemployed pro player after off-the-field issues. Peter helps players prepare for the team interviews and the Wonderlic intelligence test at the Combine.
5 Football Players Train for the Combine

The Agents continue to prepare their clients for the Draft. Jeff attempts to raise his players' profiles while they make an appearance in an all-star game. And as the football combine approaches, Peter's marquee player; Mario Edwards Jr. gets the star treatment at a premiere training facility. Sunny puts his older rookie, Jean Sifrin through his paces with two different trainers as he struggles to get him ready in time. Ed sends 3 of his players to train together in South Florida, to sharpen their skills, overcome injuries, and get into the best possible shape before they tryout in front of the NFL scouts.
6 The Pro Football Combine

The Agents introduce their players to the world of NFL glam, their players the full Combine treatment. Peter holds court with NFL royalty to boost his players' stock. Sunny's client's readiness comes into question. Ed's players struggle to overcome injuries and illness and Jeff markets his top draft recruit to the league.
7 Football Scouting Pro Days

Ed helps a client make up for a poor combine performance. Peter negotiates a multimillion dollar deal for one of his clients while networking on behalf of another at his pro day. Jeff calls in personal favors to ensure his player gets a big break. With his draft hopes on the line, Sunny pushes his client to his limit.

After months of handwork and preparation by the agents and their clients, the 2015 Pro Football Draft begins.
9 The Pro Football Draft, Part 2
10/6/15
As the third and final day of the draft begins, agents guide their players through the final rounds of the draft. Teams make their picks more quickly, as players and agents watch with friends and family. For some players their football dreams finally come true, and for others their hopes of being selected by a team for a huge signing bonus fades. Once the draft is over, free agency begins: Sunny, Jeff, Ed and Peter enter into fierce contract negotiations as they try to place each of their undrafted clients into the best possible situations on NFL teams, for a chance to make a 53-man roster and play professional football.
