The Secret Agent

London, 1894. Adolf Verloc, an anarchist supplying information to the Tsarist Embassy, finds himself working under a new regime set by Mr Vladimir, a man with a mission. Meanwhile Chief Inspector Heat, who provides Verloc with immunity from prosecution for this same information, also finds change afoot with a new boss of his own.

With pressure on Verloc to commit to the regime of terror, he arranges for Stevie to spend time out of London with Michaelis. On their way back to the city, Verloc travels with a home made explosive destined for the Greenwich Observatory. One fall leads the explosive to detonate and kill one of the men.

With the news of the explosion, anarchists and police alike are left to put all the pieces together. Pressure builds at the pornography shop with visits from the police and another mysterious man. Winnie is left trying to come to terms with news of the shocking event and starts to look towards a new future.
