Junior High School friends Stephanie and Jan hate rules. They will stop at nothing to get out of their frog dissection class in Biology, including skip school. The girls end up in the Everglades where they meet John Kirby, a Professor of Zoological Biology. He warns them that they will have to pay for their inappropriate actions, and sure enough the girls get punished with clean up duty when they return to school. Once again the girls get into trouble, spilling some Dinosaur DNA into the classes frog eggs. To their surprise, Stephanie and Jan have created giant Dino-Frogs which attempt to eat the girls for dinner! They escape the school and head for the Everglades where John Kirby’s traps capture the creatures. Once again they are faced with clean up duty on John’s cages, only this time they have learned their lesson that “rules and authority are meant to be respected, not ignored.”
