Our take
There are plenty of laughs and some genuine scares in this low-budget horror comedy from the Duplass brothers, which takes an inventive spin on the house-in-the-woods slasher genre. Starring Greta Gerwig in pre-Barbie days, Baghead’s success helped launch the early ’00s mumblecore movement.
