Synopsis

Gu Chang (Bong Tae Gyu) is a perennial loser. He has been at university for the past seven years and is now 30 years old. He is almost broke, keeps getting rejected from the jobs he applies for, and depends on a payout from his sister in order to make ends meet. What’s more, he has never had a girlfriend – and has never had sexual relations or even kissed a girl. His so-called friends belittle and mock him for this fact. But on one fateful day, he finds a wallet – and when he returns it to its owners, discovers that it belongs to the woman of his dreams! Her name, she tells him, is Ani (Jung Ryeo Won). Not only is she beautiful, but she is also sweet, kind-hearted, and bubbly. He falls head-over-heels in love with her, and she also seems to like him. They begin to date, and Gu Chang’s fortunes appear to have reversed. But, little does he know, Ani actually suffers from multiple personality disorder: Suddenly she “transforms” into Hani – Ani’s polar opposite. Hani is aggressive, violent, foul-mouthed, and totally uncontrollable. Gu Chang hopes that he can help his love cure her ailment. But Hani isn’t keen on going anywhere – or tempering her wild and unpredictable outbursts! “Two Faces of My Girlfriend” is a 2007 South Korean romantic comedy movie that was directed by Lee Seok Hoon.
