Talking Walls
Paul is working on his thesis on romance and intimacy. When his mentor, Professor Hirsh, wants to see some concrete progress, Paul knocks a hole in the wall of the motel room where he lives, and installs a one-way mirror and a video camera. One night he sees his secret love in the room with Hirsh. Paul is crushed and increases his surveillance, determined to find a way to win Jeanne over. When he finally takes her on a date, it's a disaster and Paul realizes that the only way he'll really communicate with the girl of his dreams is to be open about the way he feels. He gathers the courage to confront her as, in the room next door, she's trying to end her fling with Hirsh. Is she in love with Paul?
