The moms of Teen Mom: Young & Pregnant are back for a brand new season as Madisen from 16 & Pregnant joins the cast. Rachel attempts to convince her mother that Hazelee's dad, Drew, is really going to rehab this time, only to find out that he was recently arrested. Brianna and her mother can't stop fighting over Brianna's new friend, and Kayla celebrates Izaiah's third birthday with a surprise visit that no one expected.

Kayla is skeptical when she gets a surprise phone call from Stephan's mom Annette asking to meet up. A call from Amour's dad in prison triggers Kiaya to consider finally making amends with his mom, Carla. And Madisen proves to Christian once and for all that they're through.

Things get physical during a heated confrontation between Kayla and Stephan's mom Annette. Kiaya reconciles with Amour's grandmother Carla, but is shocked when she finds out that Amour's father X'zayvon might still have feelings for her. Madisen tags along with dad on a trip to Ohio, and considers leaving her small town and child's father Christian behind.

While still reeling from her fight with Stephan's mom, Kayla makes a big life decision for Iziah. A sad anniversary for Kiaya brings up some old feelings. And introducing Kayla J! She struggles to co-parent with her best friend while he deals with major family issues of his own.

Kayla wants Luke to choose between his family and going back to Iowa to play basketball. Meanwhile Kayla J and Makel quickly realize that coparenting their daughter will be harder than expected now that Kayla has issues with Makel bringing new women around their daughter.

Kayla's dream of a drama free future is crushed when an ex boyfriend pops up and says that he may actually be Iziah's dad. Rachel's fighting with her mom goes from bad to worse. And Kiaya attempts to be the peacemaker between her mom and Carla; with disastrous results.

Rachel has some big plans for changing her life, but Stephanie questions if she's ready. Kayla agrees to confirm Izaiah's paternity with an old flame, exposing the cracks in her relationship with Luke. And Brianna's ex-boyfriend stirs up some old feelings.

Things go left when Kiaya's getaway weekend leads to a heated argument with Teazah. Rachel moves in with her friend, but still finds herself relying on her mom. And when Kayla J gives Makel a chance to step up when she decides to head out of town, Makel can't seem to do things Kayla's way.

Kayla J and Makel attempt to put their feelings aside to come up with a co-parenting plan. Briana and Ashley's friendship is put to the test. Rachel's outlook improves after meeting a new guy, and Kayla offers Noopie an explanation as to why things between her and Luke are tense, but it's not what anyone expected.

Kayla gets caught hanging out with her ex Ryan, and things get heated when she has to answer to Luke's family. Rachel finally hears from Hazelee's dad Drew, but it may be too little too late. And Kayla J's family questions if she's being too hard on Makel, but Kayla J is standing her ground.

Kayla and Luke's family come to blows over her relationship with Ryan, forcing Luke to question if he can really trust Kayla. Makel confronts his mother over her lack of acceptance and Bri lashes out at her friends and family, as her relationship with Briggs continues to go south.

Kayla is faced with a difficult choice. Makel and Kayla J figure out a co-parenting plan once and for all. Rachel and Noah's relationship takes an unexpected turn, and Bri makes moves to finally gain her independence, without the support of her friends and family.

Rachel, Kiaya, Briana, and Kayla meet up in LA to film segments for the Teen Mom OG reunion. Kayla confides in the moms that drama at home has only gotten worse between her and Luke. Briana gets grilled by Doctor Drew about her relationship with her mom, and Rachel opens up about past trauma. Meanwhile, back in Ohio, reintroducing Madisen. She is back together with Christian, but she and her dad Nick question if she and Christian can make their relationship work.

An altercation between Kiaya and Teazha's family forces Teazha to question who her true family is. Kayla and Luke continue to navigate relationship and family drama. Brianna is desperate to prove to herself and her family that she can do it all on her own. And the future is unclear for Madisen and Christian, but a sudden change in their living arrangement forces them to make peace... for now.

Kiaya connects with Amour's dad X'zayvon in prison and realizes that they may not be on the same page when it comes to co-parenting once he's released. Rachel takes steps to get her driver's license and comes face to face with her insecurities. Luke and Kayla want to end the drama with Luke's family, but his mom and sister may not be on the same page. Brianna confronts her mom about spending too much time with Braeson, and Madisen struggles to figure out her living situation with Christian.

Kayla and Luke meet up with his family to make peace, but things quickly get heated when old grudges resurface. Rachel's attempts to get her license are thwarted, and Brianna tries to get over her ex by dipping her toes back in the dating pool.

Rachel goes to Amour's 3rd birthday party, as does Teen Mom Kayla J. Questions about Kiaya's history with X'zayveon arise. Luke is caught in the middle after Kayla's confrontation with his family. Madisen and Christian move into their own place.

Luke tries to show Kayla that he's serious about their future. Rachel is skeptical that Hazelee's dad Drew will change now that he's out of prison. Madison is devastated by some shocking news and a lack of support from her dad.

Kiaya is worried about co-parenting with X'Zayveon when he's released from prison and decides to establish parental custody. A lack of support from dad stirs up old feelings for Madisen, and Luke and Kayla take a big step in their relationship.

Brianna tries to get back in the dating game. Madisen and Christian reach a breaking point. Noah and Rachel move into their new house. Kiaya encourages Teazha to reconnect with her family. Kayla is having second thoughts after her engagement.

Madisen and Christian drive to Arkansas and stop in Tennessee to visit Rachel and celebrate Hazelee's 3rd birthday. Brianna worries about sending Braeson to a school that banned LGBTQ and BLM. Kayla decides that she and Luke should live separately.

The Moms are all invited to LA for a photo shoot, but a misunderstanding leads to a fight that pits Kayla and Rachel against each other. Kayla gets upsetting news about her son Izaiah. Kiaya shares concerns about X'Zayveon being released from prison.

Brianna worries that Braeson may need some additional help with his missing limb. After Christian misses Camille's 2nd birthday. Rachel trys to plan a family vacation to Florida and X'Zayveon comes home from prison and sees Amour for the very first time.

Brianna takes Braeson to his first occupational therapy appointment. Madisen decides to stay in Arkansas. Rachel breaks up with Noah. Kiaya and Teazha open their home to X'Zayveon, and Kayla and Luke's relationship finally comes to an end.
