The documentary is produced well and has good sound. But the narrative keeps claiming that these companies “pay no tax”. This is not true when factoring in payroll taxes and sales taxes. The film also doesn’t state that corporations have a fiduciary duty to shareholders to maximize profit and these tax moves are not illegal. The documentary should provide a better, well rounded picture of this issue. The only people who were interviewed were individuals who just kept repeating “evil corporation” and stated that these companies were taking money from the public. It would have more credibility to have some opposing points of view interviewed.
