Halsey - If I Can't Have Love, I Want Power

I watched it over Moment House when it was still relatively new. The symbolism that Halsey puts into their movie is really interesting. There's really a lot to take in that might make you rewatch it a few times to really grasp on to the story. (at least from my experience) I was really excited when the album came out as well as the movie release. She did really well.

I notice something new every time I watch it. I love the endless theories of the meaning of everything. I love how you can connect parts to other eras or other non-Halsey media. just. the best movie.

If you don't like movies that show rather than tell, you might not like this. Personally, I don't mind. I actually think the use of expressions, music, scenery, body language, etc. to explain what's happening is absolutely brilliant. There's something new to learn and discover every time you watch. It's very unique and artistic, and I love it very much.
