About this movie

In remotest red-dust Australia is the sleepy mining town of Coolgardie. When two Finnish girls take jobs in the town’s only pub, they find themselves in a trial of endurance. Full of raucous drinkers and ogling patrons, the girls soon realise that pouring pints is the least of their work. Amusing, disturbing, and thoroughly bizarre, this candid doc reveals the struggles of adapting to life in an insular and politically-incorrect community.

I can't believe this is only seven years old. The disgusting, draconian behaviour and mindset of the owner is straight out of the 70s, and some of the patrons are as equally revolting. Fella's, you need to do better, THIS bogan behaviour is not attractive...AT ALL. I'm glad they have new management there now, hopefully, it's someone with half a brain and better people skills.

Yes I realize a 4..just watch. "Believe me now and trust me later"...hmmm nah wait wait wait, scratch that reverse it ..ahh shiet.."Trust me now and believe me later " hahaha idfk..just watch the film...have I ever steered y'all wrong?

I went and seen this film in Perth at the Luna Cinema in Leaderville I worked in the Mines in the 1970s. This was the carry on. I though this had all gone. Great film
