I have gone through what most of these ppl talk about however I wish I had not paid so much to rent this film! I usually enjoy this style of film but feel they missed the mark on many levels. Wish they edited out some it and spent more time on how really creepy it feels to be in that situation. I have been and this made it seem silly not as scary as it actually feels!

I have only one past experience with sleep paralysis when I was about 5 years old, and kept it to myself. It was very much like the alien type figure the one man spoke. I now have to try to wake up several times because I am in alternate and awful universes. This film really helped me know that I am not alone in this struggle.

I did like it, however I really wish they showed LESS interviewing and more re-creations of events that were discussed in the interviews. The creators of this film could have really turned this into a great, scary, very popular movie. A lot of us out here LOVE stories that are creepy AND based on actual, true events, but when people are only talking about it, and not showing it, its pretty much a disappointment. That's how you felt after watching this, disappointed...
