Neil Bogart founded Casablanca Records as a home for emerging musical talent. As a risk-taker who bet it all on each artist, Casablanca suffered enormous losses and setbacks but through love for the music, marketing ingenuity and perseverance, it emerged as the most successful independent record company of all time, launching the careers of musical icons Donna Summer, Parliament and KISS.
