About this movie

The Hurt Locker meets An Inconvenient Truth, THE AGE OF CONSEQUENCES investigates how climate change impacts resource scarcity, migration, and conflict through the lens of US national security and global stability.

Whether a long-term vulnerability or sudden shock, the film unpacks how water and food shortages, extreme weather, drought, and sea-level rise function as accelerants of instability and catalysts for conflict.

Left unchecked, these threats and risks will continue to grow in scale and frequency, with grave implications for peace and security in the 21st century.

Note: I believe strategists in Russia think climate change is of economic benefit to them and destabilizing to the rest of the world. This will not be the first time Russia has used the weather to their advantage. Just ask Napoleon Bonaparte. This documentary connects many of the most important recent events that have cost us billions of dollars in military expenditures in an effort to implement band-aid reactions to a much larger pattern of climate change accelerated conflicts and instability. What we need to do now is allow every retirement account owner to borrow from their own savings to invest in US manufactured, US worker-installed, renewable energy and conservation solutions to decrease the carbon footprint of every person with the intelligence to choose stability of pricing for their energy.... which translates to increased peace and stability for the world. Make Middle Eastern Oil irrelevant. That is what we should have done in October, 2001. There is no time like the present. The question then is how many drops can fill a bucket? Every thousand mile journey begins with a single step.
