very weird movie, and odd that its on shudder
Good character development. Slowly paced. Nice reveal at the end. Odd but interesting. Good character depiction of mental illness and "poisons" in many forms--from people to plants.
True to the book. Creepy and odd. Enjoyed it. Closer to a 3.5 than a 4. Good one time watch post reading the book.
Pretty good gothic style horror. Faithful to the source for the most part.
Faithful adaptation of the novel but with a great camp spin on it. Kinda creepy, not really all that scary, but a lot of fun IMO.
