Another solid entry but is nowhere as good overall as the last film in the series. It was nice all the shorts having a theme. But I left wanting more sooo take that as you will
awesome fourth part of the v/h/s/ anthology film series! ๐๐
for a VHS movie id say it ranks in the top 3
I'm usually a fan of the V/H/S series but I did not like the weird documentary style interview stuff between the episodes or the music video stuff in the bollywood segment. Very much killed the found footage vibe.
I always look forward to new entries in the V/H/S series and this is one of the better ones. Which of the shorts you consider the best will probably mostly come down to personal taste but I thought all of them were pretty decent this time, there wasn't a notably weak clip which is often the case. Particular highlights are the first segment which starts like a traditional zombie movie but develops nicely from there, and Fur Babies which appears to be a spiritual sequel to a certain other notorious horror movie which I won't mention to avoid spoilers but you'll pick up on it quickly.
