The East Side kids bump into a mysterious man named Nardo (Bela Lugosi). Full of imagination, the children believe Nardo is the "monster killer" they have heard about. They set out to try to capture Nardo before he can kill anyone else. From British Pathé TV's Classic Movie Collection.
