synopsis
The Forgotten Pistolero, a Spaghetti Western directed by Ferdinando Baldi, reimagines the Greek myth of Orestes in a dark frontier setting. Leonard Mann, in his first leading role, stars as a gunman who discovers that his father was murdered by his own mother and her lover. To complicate matters, his sister remains under the oppressive control of their scheming mother, setting the stage for a tale of vengeance and betrayal in true Spaghetti Western fashion.
