Just before his life is turned upside down, Lee Kang gives a warm meal to a starving Moon Cha-young. Years later, she thinks she recognizes him.

Kang fights for survival. Kwon Min-seong falls for Cha-young, whose dumpling soup is so delicious, he longs for it even after their eventual breakup.

When Kang shows up in Greece, Cha-young learns about Min-seong -- and heads back to Korea to make him the soup he craves.

In the immediate aftermath of an accident, Kang makes a choice that later costs him. Cha-young helps out Han Seon-ae and the hospice.

During an emotional confrontation with a patient's long-lost mother and brother, Cha-young sustains a head injury with upsetting consequences.
