The Falcon Takes Over

Suave, debonair and sophisticated private sleuth Gay Lawrence, better known as The Falcon, skirts the fringe of the law to solve mysteries that stymie the police. A brutish paroled convict, a foppish society gentleman and murder start a complex crime case that's only cracked when The Falcon Takes Over. Gay Lawrence (Academy Award George Sanders--All About Eve) has been hired by Lindsey Marriot (Hans Conreid) to find a missing necklace for Marriot's girlfriend. But when Marriot turns up dead, the investigation leads Lawrence to ex-con Moose Malloy (Ward Bond)--and to Malloy's quest for his missing ladylove, Jessie Florian (Academy Award winner Anne Revere).
