Laughs abound when a no-nonsense LAPD detective (Academy Award-winner Robert De Niro - "The Good Shepard," "City by the Sea") is forced to star in a reality-based television show with a showboating patrolman and frustrated wannabe-actor (Academy Award and Golden Globe-nominee Eddie Murphy - "Dreamgirls," "Norbit") in an effort to boost the department's public image and morale. They soon find their lives turned upside-down by the show's powerhouse producer (Rene Russo -- "The Thomas Crown Affair," "Lethal Weapon" 3 and 4) and her very intrusive camera crew!
