Comic David Spade (TV's "Just Shoot Me," "Joe Dirt") stars in this romantic comedy about a restaurant owner who falls in love with his too-busy-for-a-relationship neighbor. Unable to win her over in the traditional manner, he kidnaps her beloved dog and then volunteers to help find him, all the while hoping to gain her gratitude and a date.
