Produced by Kevin Feige, with Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Eric Hauserman Carroll, Scott Derrickson and Jamie Christopher as executive producers, the screenplay was written by Michael Waldron, based on the Marvel comics by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko.
