When a successful brilliant New York advertising executive (Will Smith) escapes from reality after an experience of a deep personal tragic event, his friends (Edward Norton, Michael Peña, Kate Winslet) encounter three mysterious people (Keira Knightley, Jacob Latimore, Helen Mirren) who encourage him to forget about the past in order to live his life again.
