The Sniper

Despite all his efforts to keep his obsession in check, after he's prematurely released from a prison mental hospital, Eddie Miller (Arthur Franz) cannot stop himself from picking up a high-powered rifle and embarking on a rooftop killing spree aimed at young women living in San Francisco. Desperately wanting to stop, but unable to keep from killing again and again, Eddie contacts the police begging to be caught. And upon realizing that he's dealing with a profoundly disturbed - but reluctant -- killer, Lt. Kafka (Adolphe Menjou) turns to police psychologist James Kent for help in stopping "The Sniper."
