Nick Rivers is a rock singer who becomes involved in a plot to liberate a scientist being held in East Germany in this spy spoof. Hillary Flammond is the beautiful young French woman whose father is the scientist in question. After falling in love with Nick and getting him involved, she discovers that the leader of the French underground is in fact her childhood lover, who she hasn't seen in fifteen years.
