Hugh Grant, Catherine Oxenberg, and Amanda Donohoe romp through this very cheeky horror-comedy adaption of the Bram Stoker novel. While excavating the ruins of a convent in rural England, a Scottish archeologist (Grant) unearths a strange ancient skull. Stranger still, it is stolen by Lady Sylvia Marsh (Donohoe) who uses it in worshipping—very erotically—The White Worm, a pagan god who hungers for the taste of virginal flesh in this bawdy movie directed by the acclaimed Ken Russell.
