I loved this series and couldn't understand why it was dropped. Perhaps longer episodes would have been better. The idea of putting all the Dickens characters together to create the series was brilliant. Far better than some of the rubbish that's on TV. I suppose some Dickens fans get a bit uptight, but use your imagination for goodness sake
