After Gotham is declared no longer part of the United States, the Rogue's Gallery villains try to seize control of the city away from Harley.

Harley and Ivy go undercover as college students to take down Riddler, who's made himself the dean of the local university, where he has sinister plans for the students, including Barbara Gordon, Commissioner Gordon's daughter!

Harley and Ivy team up with Catwoman to steal an artifact from a museum that’s been boobytrapped by none other than Dr. Trap. Meanwhile, Dr. Psycho tries to prove himself as a leader, which Riddler exploits as an opportunity to escape.

Harley and crew try to infiltrate Mr. Freeze’s lair only to become human lab rats for his experiments to find a cure for his cryogenically frozen wife, Nora. Meanwhile, Kite Man and Ivy try to impress the manager of Kite Man’s ideal wedding venue.

Batman emerges from his coma to find Gotham in shambles. Despite Alfred's warnings that he must continue to heal, Bruce Wayne is determined to immediately take back the city. But has he bitten off more than he can chew, especially now that Two-Face and Bane have forged a powerful alliance?

When Harley and Ivy spot a seemingly sane Joker, they debate whether people can change at their core.

Acting as a judge, Two-Face sentences Harley and Ivy to life in Bane's prison, which is a giant pit in the ground.

Harley and Ivy are feeling post-kiss awkwardness. Harley runs as far as she can from her feelings and the running leads her all the way to Apokolips. Contrary to Harley, Ivy faces her feelings and Kite Man’s parents head on. Ivy feels the weight of her kiss with Harley and in turn, doubles down on her relationship with Kite Man. Meanwhile, the President tells Gordon that in order to put Gotham back on the map, he must get rid of Harley Quinn. Gordon and Harley prepare for battle.

It’s Bachelor/Bachelorette weekend for Ivy and Kite Man. Ivy and Harley finally talk about their kiss and agree it was a heat of the moment thing. Harley throws Ivy’s bachelorette party on Themyscira and despite having to deal with picky bitches (Mrs. Freeze, Catwoman, Jennifer), she’s determined to give Ivy the time of her life. Meanwhile, Kite Man is having the world’s most boring Bachelor party, which is quickly upstaged when a talking lobster visits King Shark asking him to save their underwater kingdom.

Fresh off Ivy rebuffing her and now alone on Christmas Eve, Harley reconnects with a now-sane Joker. With Ivy out of the picture, Harley needs a new best friend and sane Joker seems like the perfect confidant. Harley heads with sane Joker to his favorite hang out spot… Wayne Tower. Their dinner at Wayne Tower gets hijacked by an escaped Riddler as Joker’s old memories start to be triggered. Meanwhile Gordon deals with the rising parademon infestation, only to end up drawn to the chaos at Wayne Tower as the pests find themselves with a mysterious new master…

If she’s to defeat Psycho’s army, Harley needs Joker’s help finding Fables’ storybook that’s holding the Justice League inside. The book is in the worst place possible… Joker’s girlfriend’s house. Problem is, she and Joker got together when he was sane. After learning she is dating an evil mastermind, Joker’s girlfriend throws the book out of the house only for it to get snatched up by a curious parademon. Harley and Joker must track the book down, and on their adventure, both come to the realization that they must fight for their respective true loves. Meanwhile, Psycho and Riddler prepare for their master plan calling on Darkseid for help. And Kite Man and Ivy make last minute wedding preparations.

Darkseid will grant Psycho the world if Psycho can prove himself by bringing him the head of Harley Quinn, the earth woman who absconded with his army without making good on her end of the deal. Psycho manages to control Ivy’s mind, which results in the Justice League fighting Ivy, and the ultimate showdown: Ivy vs. Harley!

Harley must crash Ivy's wedding in order to stop a determined Commissioner Gordon from arresting all of the supervillains in attendance.
