Of course the landlady in California played gang-goofy "did anyone else see the rodent"! Of course the landlady lied about sending someone out to catch the rodents. That's how they do in California! They don't give a damn about tenants health and safety, especially black tenants. California tenants hardly have any tenants right and 0 rent control. California is the problem! Cities like Los Angeles and Sacramento CONDONE and ENCOURAGE mistreatment, intimidation, bullying, criminal trespass, threatening terroristic tactics against it's citizens/tenants! SN&R (sacramento news & review) has many articles about sacs low-down, belly-crawling housing nightmares perpetrated on its tenants! US Residential/Steadfast are major players actively harming tenants in California. I'm just waiting for the killer to show up! Real mutha fuckn talk!

I have never watched any of the movies however you say that I have watched one. We need to get this straight before I go any further because I don't want to be charged for something I did not use.

It's a good show to watch! I really like the way the show is set up. Especially since they show actual photos/videos of what's actually intruding their home. I bought the entire season because it's just that fascinating...why? Because it could happen to you.
