After narrowly negotiating a dangerous passage into the demilitarized zone of Manhattan, the clock begins on Alma Ortega’s 24-hour search for her missing son, Christian. As Parco Delgado and Wilson Lin each seek support from the major gangs in their race for governor, Odi looks for a community of his own.

As they each attempt to shore up last-minute support before their first public debate, Parco shares his future plans for Skel, while Wilson learns a valuable lesson about truth from Susie. Meanwhile, Alma makes an urgent plea to the person she believes holds the key to the DMZ’s ultimate power.

Approached from multiple angles about pursuing an elevated standing in the DMZ, Alma draws a line – and makes it clear for whom she’s truly fighting. As Wilson sets a trap for his rat, Skel finds himself torn between Tenny and Parco, and Odi sees a return on his kindness. Then, the DMZ is rocked by all-out war.

As the DMZ reels from the fatal confrontation, Alma desperately tries to negotiate a safe passage out of the city – only to be confronted with a compelling reason to stay. Meanwhile, with Parco threatening to aggravate the already tenuous ceasefire, Skel is forced to choose between those he loves.
