This is a masterpiece of modern TV. The story, dialogue, acting, visuals, attention to detail we're incredible and not to mention it has an amazing soundtrack from the Nine Inch Nails frontmen. It's a very bold show, not to be taken lightly, tackling some really deep matters in a very engaging way. For the reviews where it's been marked down for being too confusing, just watch it again. It's really not that hard to keep up with, if you pay attention.

Unless you have read the comics probably shouldn't bother. Great production values, excellent acting but unfortunately left wondering what is going on for too many episodes and getting drip-fed snippets of information is just exasperating. Got about halfway through the season but really couldn't go any further as my time on this earth felt a bit more precious!

For fans who have read the original graphic novel it's a must watch. If you haven't it's an excellent, intelligent and thought provoking series however do not expect any answers until the final episode. You just have to accept you won't know what's going on until the very end.
