1 Welcome To Vegas

Hit culinary competition series HELL'S KITCHEN returns for its 19th season in a flashy new setting, as Chef Gordon Ramsay takes the show to Las Vegas, the city that's home to Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen restaurant at Caesars Palace. For the first time ever, 16 aspiring chefs from around the country will roll the dice and head to Sin City in the hopes of winning big.
2 Shrimply Spectacular

In their first individual challenge, the chefs are tasked with creating a shrimp dish worthy of the Hell's Kitchen opening night menu. As further incentive, the winner of the challenge also receives a punishment pass from Chef Ramsay to be able to skip a future punishment. Then, both teams are put to the test as they take on their first dinner service with the most expansive menu Hell's Kitchen has ever seen.
3 Hell Caesar!

After watching a demonstration by Chef Ramsay, the chefs are tasked with perfectly re-creating his take on Caesar salad, which they then need to deliver to him on a scooter. Later, a scrambled dinner service leads to Chef Ramsay kicking a team out of the kitchen for the first time this season.
4 Wedding Bells in Hell

Chef Ramsay opens up Hell's Kitchen to 15 lucky couples who will get married in the restaurant. The teams are tasked with preparing a post-wedding brunch for the couples, with the winning team getting a trip to Lake Tahoe to experience all that the location has to offer, including Gordon's prize-winning restaurant, HELL'S KITCHEN Lake Tahoe, at Harvey's Hotel and Casino. Then, when one of the chefs is rushed to the hospital, the teams undergo a shake-up, which completely changes the dynamic in the kitchen.
5 Hell Starts Taking Its Toll

Each team is tasked with creating four Mexican dishes from a food truck and elevating them to restaurant-quality dishes worthy of Hell's Kitchen. In order to get their ingredients, each team must corral live animals into pens to pick their proteins. Meanwhile, tensions rise on the blue team and one member walks out of the competition during dinner service.
6 Metal & Marina

The Red Team gets to choose which member of the Blue Team they would like to go head-to-head with in a challenge to reinterpret classic Italian dishes. Later, the chefs get a surprise when Hell's Kitchen hosts diners who will later be part of the audience at the Pen & Teller magic show.
7 A Pair of Aces

The teams compete in a challenge to see who can identify the proteins in three Surf & Turf dishes the fastest. Later at dinner service, one team has the best dinner service in Hell's Kitchen history, while the other team falls flat.
8 Crapping Out in Hell
2/25/21
The chefs are treated to a balancing-act performance before rolling dice with letters on them to help the chefs choose ingredients for their dishes. Later, the chefs with the winning dishes from the earlier challenge nominate two chefs from each of their teams to cook for their lives.
9 Blind Taste Test

The nine remaining chefs take on the infamous "blind taste test" challenge. Later, it's steak night in the Hell's Kitchen dining room and while one team excels, the other can't keep pace.
10 There's Something About Marc

The eight remaining chefs cook various types of burgers, finding their additional ingredients in a massive deck of cards. During dinner service, one team is kicked out for poor service, leaving the other to finish the remaining orders.
11 Sink or Swim
3/18/21
The remaining seven chefs play a game to unscramble the letters of key ingredients, after which they can choose to keep the ingredient for the next cooking challenge, or pass it to the other team as sabotage. Later, Hell's Kitchen hosts a VIP charity night, during which the chefs serve the Sarah McLachlan School of Music and the Chris Long Foundation.
12 There's Magic in Hell?

The six remaining chefs visit Criss Angel's theater, where the coveted Black Jackets are revealed. In their first challenge of the day, the chefs are tasked with recreating one of Chef Ramsay's fish dishes based solely on taste. Then, two chefs battle to stay in the competition during an emotional "Cook For Your Life" challenge that takes them on a trip down memory lane.
13 It's Time!

The final five chefs compete in the "5 Dome Ingredient Challenge," during which one protein and four supplements are revealed as they cook, and the team must decide amongst themselves who gets which ingredient as the challenge progresses. Later, it's time for the first Black Jacket dinner service, when all the chefs must cook together in the kitchen for the first time.
14 Snuggling with the Enemy

The remaining four chefs get a challenge fit for Vegas, when Gordon surprises them by turning Hell's Kitchen into a club that they must cater. Later that night, each chef gets a turn to run the pass at the second Black Jacket dinner service.
15 What Happens in Vegas...
4/15/21
Chef Ramsay organizes an exciting and emotional reunion for the final three contestants. Afterwards, he takes the chefs to his top-secret Las Vegas spots and at their final destination, they are tasked with cooking their final Five Course meal. The two winning chefs pick their brigades from the eliminated chefs of the season, before heading into the finals.
16 Hitting the Jackpot
4/23/21
The final two chefs compete in their most important cooking challenge, for a chance at the life-changing grand prize, including a Head Chef position at Gordon Ramsay HELL'S KITCHEN Lake Tahoe at Harvey's Hotel and Casino and the title of HELL'S KITCHEN Season 19 winner.

Love all his shows. He's brilliant. Yes he yells a lot but he's only preparing these young chefs for reality. If they can handle him, they can tough out whatever comes their way working in one of the most stressful, hot, loud and pressured environments. I've watched and loved every single season.

A Mom of Many here and big meals as far back as I can remember. .There all Grown now and Cooking for there Owen enjoyment and passions. ..yes all 4 of my Son's cook and my two Daughters..And too this Day Ramsey Teaches me More ,And the Great Chefs that have done there thing in the Man's presence. ..A Great Admire of food and the Kitchen. ...TLC

I am such a cullunary fanatic only from Gordons reality shows. He is so awesome for all he does for other's. He is one very UNSELFISH person cause of what he does for them. I would give anything to be taught by Gordon
