As the sixth season begins moments after the season five finale, Aria, Emily, Hanna, Spencer and Mona are trapped outside the “dollhouse” where their masked tormentor, Charles, has been keeping them — with nowhere to run. Angered by their attempted escape, Charles’ games take a more demented, darker turn. As the girls struggle to survive, Ezra (series star IAN HARDING), Caleb (series star TYLER BLACKBURN) and Toby (recurring guest star KEEGAN ALLEN) continue the fight to find the girls with or without the help of the Rosewood Police Department.

The girls may have gotten out of the Dollhouse, but what happened to them during their time of captivity has lasting effects. With worried loved ones watching over them, the PLLs are home and trying to heal — without much success. Even with suspected tormentor Andrew (recurring guest star BRANDON W. JONES) in custody, Aria, Emily, Hanna and Spencer fear they are far from safe. Meanwhile, Alison must deal with her past indiscretions and her notoriety around Rosewood.

In true Spencer fashion, she is on a mission to get answers about Charles from Ali and Jason (recurring guest star DREW VAN ACKER). Hanna wants to bring the four friends back together so they can move past what happened in the Dollhouse. Meanwhile, Alison is no longer the queen bee/mean girl she once was — but who is she now? After lying to Alison and Jason (recurring guest star DREW VAN ACKER) about Charles, Kenneth DiLaurentis (recurring guest star JIM ABELE) comes clean about the family’s connection to the young boy. While he won’t give much detail about Charles’ past, he says enough to give the girls a clue of where to look for the missing pieces: Radley Sanitarium. With Radley now closed and its files shipped off to be shredded, the girls must act fast before all traces of Charles’ past disappear. Meanwhile, Caleb’s protective nature starts to pinch Hanna, and Spencer seeks a remedy for her sleeping issues.

5 She's No Angel

Mona returns to Rosewood in a very fragile state as she must answer to the police for faking her death. Matters only get worse when she is confronted about Lesli’s (recurring guest star ELIZABETH McLAUGHLIN – The Clique) inadvertent involvement in Mona’s plot. Hanna is determined to help Mona out, not only to reassure her she is safe from Alison but also to try and repair Mona’s friendship with Lesli. Emily tries to help Sara (recurring guest star DRE DAVIS) with her troubled home life by encouraging her to explore the possibility of emancipation. Spencer, on the other hand, finds help from someone from her past. Meanwhile, Alison grows closer to Lorenzo (recurring guest star TRAVIS WINFREY) as she looks for support outside of her family.

With all signs pointing to Lesli (recurring guest star ELIZABETH McLAUGHLIN) as the tormentor in the hoodie, the PLLs are on a mission to get concrete proof before bringing their findings to the police. But as the girls ramp up their investigation, threats from “A” escalate. Meanwhile, a friend of Emily’s makes her a surprising offer, and Spencer is pressured by her family to make an important decision.

7 O Brother, Where Art Thou

There are mixed emotions in the DiLaurentis household when Charles declares he is coming home for his birthday. Mr. DiLaurentis (recurring guest star JIM ABELE) wants to quickly get out of town to hide Ali and Jason (recurring guest star DREW VAN ACKER) from their brother, while Jason sees this as an opportunity to finally validate all of the early childhood memories he has of “Charlie.” The PLLs are just as torn, with Spencer and Hanna thinking this is the best chance they have to capture Charles, while Emily and Aria want to stay as far from him as possible. Will Jason be reunited with his brother, or is this just another trap from “A”? Meanwhile, Mona is shutting out Mike (recurring guest star CODY ALLEN CHRISTIAN) and Hanna gets an unwelcomed surprise.

After their latest run-in with Charles, tensions are at an all-time high with the PLLs and the town of Rosewood. Aria’s big moment of seeing her work displayed in an art gallery is in jeopardy as Ella (recurring guest star HOLLY MARIE COMBS) is determined to keep her safe at home. Hanna is still uncomfortable with the unexpected scholarship money and is determined to give it back, even if that means ruining her chances at going to her school of choice. To top it all off, due to security issues, Rosewood High is considering not letting the PLLs attend prom — the one normal high school rite of passage the girls are looking forward to. Meanwhile, the more Alison learns about her brother, the harder she finds it to connect a deranged murderer to the young blonde-haired boy she sees in the photos and in her memories.

9 Last Dance

8/4/15

It is prom time at Rosewood High — except for Alison, Aria, Emily, Hanna and Spencer, who have been banned due to “security” concerns. As the girls take this as the final humiliating blow to their high school careers, the girls’ mothers try to make the best of a bad situation by offering a prom at home in Spencer’s barn. At first reluctant, the PLLs agree and try to make the best out of a bad situation. But Charles — who has never been one to miss a formal — has other plans in store to make this a night the girls will never forget. Meanwhile, Veronica (recurring guest star LESLEY FERA), Pam (recurring guest star NIA PEEPLES), Ella (recurring guest star HOLLY MARIE COMBS) and Ashley use prom night to touch base on everything that has happened to their daughters.

10 Game Over, Charles

In addition to featuring conversations surrounding new careers and love interests, the episode will feature interviews with the team behind the Liars’ new looks and their style evolution. Fans will also be offered a glimpse at brand-new PLL sets and two new scenes that won’t be seen anywhere else. Plus, the moms on the show speculate about what happened to their characters after getting locked in the basement.

With the stalker threatening to kill all of them if they don’t divulge Charlotte’s killer by the election, the Liars and company — at wit’s end — must boldly fight back. As Spencer and Toby (recurring guest star KEEGAN ALLEN) work together to catch Sara Harvey, Yvonne (recurring guest star KARA ROYSTER) wonders where Toby’s true affections lie. Ezra finishes the last chapter of his book, finally ready to say goodbye to Nicole; Aria comforts him during this emotional time and old feelings bubble to the surface. While Caleb works intently on his plan to protect Hanna, they reflect on what could have been. Meanwhile, Alison experiences strange visions from the dead and starts to question her sanity. Emily keeps tabs on Alison to make sure she’s okay.

Not just for teen girls! PLL is a dramatic take of the extreme lifestyle of a superficially hedonistic group of girls which will won your heart as you follow them on their journey. You will feel inclined to solve the mystery and even dwell out of the series to search for more answers through different mediums. The cast is extremely good to look at, and you feel as though you are a 5th member of the group of best friends. The events which brings these girls together and their story will turn you up!

Pretty Little Liars is a ridiculous show revolving around the plot of finding out who "A" is and later who the "A's" are. It got so redundant that I just couldn't take watching this show anymore despite my initial interest. I'm surprised the show is still going on. It needs to be wrapped up.

I have watched this show right from pilot season one to episode 2 season seven. I have never had a show captivate me every time I watch. I even watch repeats because I can pick up so much new information in 2nd and 3rd time rounds. A is DR. Rollins! I swear! It just has to be him! UBER A is I bet Mary drake and DR. Rollings working together. Alyison sure is suffering now! All the torment she gave she is getting back they would have us believe. I'm sure some fans would like to see her get rescued and some hope she does not. I find this show to be the most intriguing and worth every episode from season one to season seven. I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND this series show to anybody who wants their minds caught up in the confusion that is A! I hope they eventually tell all --till then I will faithfully continue watching as a NAT club member would because I know this story just keeps getting better!!!!------DJT--(PID).
