About this show

It's been 50 years since we saw Samurai Jack and time has not been kind to him. Aku has destroyed every time portal and Jack has stopped aging, a side effect of time travel. It seems he is cursed to just roam the land for all eternity. His past haunts him as well as a cult of assassins dedicated to killing him for Aku's glory. Samurai Jack is created, executive produced and directed by Genndy Tartakovsky.

This review is NOT about the show, it’s about the fact that I bought season 1 episode 1, deciding to finally start trying out this show, then finding out the audio is noticeably out of sync with the video. I tried watching through both the player on google play and through my purchases section on YouTube where it was also now listed. Testing on both a laptop and a smartphone the problem always happened. I feel like the problem must be with the stream itself because I later bought the same episode on Amazon Prime Video and I did not have this problem there.

Beautiful, but also - confusing as disapointing... Edit - After watching it for the next time, and the ending for the another one, while drinking some beer, I think Inderstood the meaning. Tartakovsky, the Polish brother, showed how to achieve goals, through achieving other deeds on the way. This can be observed in the real life. Sometimes to fix someone elses mess, we have to make sacrifices of our feelings and emotional states, made because of the dark times and experiences.

One of the most amazing and brilliant animated series ever created, on several levels. It's a cultural asset, which should be taught in art and film schools. Must watch.
