1 Buried Alive

A wooden box is discovered buried in a playground in Central Stockholm. Inside the box is the body of a well-known prosecutor. To their horror, Beck and his team realise that the prosecutor was buried alive. They find links to a gang of bikers, whose leader has just been released from prison. A young woman, Denise, 18 years old, is found dead; strangled in a hotel room in central Stockholm. The room has been paid for with a credit card belonging to Peter Ahre from the well-to-do suburb of Djursholm. But when Gunvald and Oskar show up to bring Ahre in for questioning, he explains that he was robbed the night before, and lost both his car and his wallet, which he reported to the police. 2015 Arrow Films

3 The Family

Gangster kingpin Zlatko Lozanovic is shot and killed in his home by a sniper. He dies in front of his wife, children, and father-in-law. The Beck team draws up a list of all of Zlatko's enemies, which turns out to include most of Stockholm's underworld. 2015 Arrow Films

Two dead men are found buried outside Stockholm. They remain unidentified for a long time, but soon the Beck team finds reason to believe that the two could be the victims of an internal conflict within an Islamic terrorist group when another man is found murdered in an abandoned car. 5 The Hospital Murders

Oncologist Johan Fors is accused of killing a terminally ill patient by her mourning son. Martin Beck takes on the case along with Gunvald and the rest of the team.
