Season 1 episodes (23)

1 The Original
10/2/16
In the series premiere, another day of fantasy plays out in Westworld – a vast, remote park where guests pay top dollar to share wild-west adventures with android “hosts.” But top programmer Bernard Lowe (series star JEFFREY WRIGHT) alerts park founder Dr. Robert Ford (series star ANTHONY HOPKINS) about incidents of aberrant behavior cropping up in some recently re-coded hosts. Meanwhile, in the Westworld town of Sweetwater, a rancher’s daughter named Dolores (series star EVAN RACHEL WOOD) encounters a gunslinger named Teddy (series star JAMES MARSDEN) in the street – but their predictable narrative is upended by the appearance of a ruthless Man in Black (series star ED HARRIS) and, later, by a supporting host’s unscripted encounter with an artifact of the outside world.
2 Chestnut
10/9/16
A pair of guests, first-timer William (series star JIMMI SIMPSON) and repeat visitor Logan (series star BEN BARNES), arrive at Westworld with different expectations and agendas. Bernard and Quality Assurance head Theresa Cullen (series star SIDSE BABETT KNUDSEN) debate whether a recent host anomaly is contagious. Meanwhile, behavior engineer Elsie Hughes (series star SHANNON WOODWARD) tweaks the emotions of Maeve (series star THANDIE NEWTON), a madam in Sweetwater’s brothel, in order to avoid a recall. Cocky programmer Lee Sizemore (series star SIMON QUARTERMAN) pitches his latest narrative to the team, but Dr. Ford has other ideas. Meanwhile, the Man in Black conscripts a condemned man, Lawrence (series star CLIFTON COLLINS, JR.), to help him uncover Westworld’s deepest secrets.
3 The Stray
10/16/16
Elsie and Head of Security Stubbs (series star LUKE HEMSWORTH) head into the hills in pursuit of a missing host. Teddy gets a new backstory, which sets him off in pursuit of a new villain, leaving Dolores alone in Sweetwater. Bernard investigates the origins of madness and hallucinations within the hosts. William finds an attraction he’d like to pursue and drags Logan along for the ride.
4 Dissonance Theory
10/23/16
Dolores joins William and Logan on a bounty hunt in the badlands. With Lawrence in tow, the Man in Black finds a critical clue in his search to unlock the maze. Dr. Ford and Theresa discuss the future of the park. Maeve is troubled by a recurring vision.

Dolores, William and Logan reach Pariah, a town built on decadence and transgression – where they are recruited for a dangerous mission. Meanwhile, the Man in Black meets an unlikely ally in his search to unlock the maze.
6 The Adversary
11/6/16
Elsie discovers a possible source of sabotage, while Bernard searches for clues to anomalies in a sector thought to be abandoned. Theresa questions Ford’s leadership while Lee encounters a new arrival at Westworld. Meanwhile, Maeve charms Lutz (guest star LEONARDO NAM), and the Man in Black and Teddy run afoul of a Union garrison in their attempt to cross a border.
7 Trompe L'Oeil

With Theresa’s assistance, Charlotte aims to expose dangerous flaws in Ford’s creations. William, Dolores and Lawrence journey into treacherous terrain. Maeve delivers an ultimatum to Lutz and Sylvester. With his back to the wall, Bernard considers his next move.

About this show

Escape is not freedom. Chaos is not revolution. Independence is not negotiable. And free will is not free. Welcome back to Westworld, the Emmy®-winning drama series that follows the dawn of artificial consciousness and the evolution of sin. In Season Three, the real gods are coming... and they are very angry. Born into a world of pain, Westworld’s android hosts were never allowed to go or see one place: our world. But now, at the end of the game, they’re here. With the help of Aaron Paul’s very human Caleb, Dolores is ready to start a revolution. And if that doesn’t work, she can do it the old-fashioned way... and kill everyone. Aaron Paul, Vincent Cassell, Lena Waithe and Scott Mescudi join Evan Rachel Wood’s Dolores, Jeffrey Wright’s Bernard, Thandie Newton’s Maeve and Ed Harris’s William in the new season, which explores the nature of our reality, free will and what makes us human.

Mind-blowing series! You might need to look up 'Westworld explanation season 1 (or 2)' on Youtube, but do it after watching each of the seasons. Words cannot express how much has gone into this tv show from the multi layered plot, brilliant acting to the stunning visuals.

This series is good, it keeps the audience guessing what will happen next and eagerly awaiting the next episode. Can't wait to buy Season 2. When are we going to be able to purchase it.

Coming from Jonathan Nolan & Lisa Joy this is a slow burner of the type and quality rarely seen on TV. Sporting a phenomenal cast including Anthony Hopkins as Dr Ford at his at-times-menacing best. Do not dismiss as yet another robots/AIs gain consciousness story, the twists and turns will leave you constantly surprised and unusually for me I forced myself not to binge-watch all in one go, rather taking the time to appreciate each episode after viewing. The 90 minute finale will leave your jaw on the floor.
