Carlo, Cosimo's bastard son, promises to aid Clarice in Lorenzo's absence. Lucrezia travels to Rome with companion Quon Shan to unveil a surprising revelation to Mercuri.

Leonardo and his crew reach the New World but are captured by a hostile tribe of Incans. Along with Riario and Nico, they must endure terrible trials set by the Incan leader, Topa Inca, aided by the mysterious Priestess Ima. Lorenzo attempts to save Florence with the help of his old flame Ippolita, Duchess of Naples. As Clarice struggles to retain control of the Medici Bank, Carlo continues to offer his assistance.

Journeying to Constantinople, Lucrezia has a surprising encounter.

About this show

Captivates you right away from the start. If you are a fan of Spartacus or Game of Thrones then this IS the show to watch. It is an extremely well done show. It is one of those rare shows that is worth watching over and over again. I highly recommend this show. Can't wait for Season 3.

If you like Game of Thrones, Vikings, Spartacus, any period drama really, watch this series! Its a mix of period drama with fantasy, filled brilliant writing.

I do not know how much is based in fact and how much creative license has been taken but regardless this show is a delight!
