1 Long Live The Queen

Ticheba, Queen of the Witches, decides to abdicate and chooses Samantha as her successor. Dreading Darrin's reaction, Samantha tries to refuse, but Endora insists she must accept the honor. Samantha wins Darrin over and becomes queen. After her coronation, the house is invaded by animals and animated objects, witches and warlocks transformed by Ticheba for minor misdeeds. Their leader, is a bird, begs Samantha to pardon them. Because Darrin has an important meeting in the morning, Samantha asks them to return after 12. Meanwhile, Mr. Rohrbach, a fatherly type, decided to check on Darrin's home life before giving his million-dollar account to McMahon & Tate. He is voicing his approval of the- Stephens when animals and moving objects troop in. Unnerved by an ostrich and a walking chair, Rohrbach exits. When Samantha refuses to abdicate immediately, Darrin decides to wait out her year of office at his favorite bar. There the sad experiences of a stranger who left home and the advice of a philosophic bartender send Darrin home at once. The Stephens have a glad reunion, each willing to yield to the other. Although Saman-tha accidentally turns Darrin into a honking goose for a time, everything seems to have returned to normal when more animals and objects come for pardon. While minding Tabitha, Endora learns from the witches' mailman that she is expected at a party at the Taj Mahal. In the emergency, she brings a toy soldier to life to babysit. After she leaves, Tabitha mimics her gestures and animates all her toys Larry is annoyed that Darrin has invited Bob Chase, a -client, to dinner. Larry invites himself and Louise too. Samantha and Darrin return to find the toys having a party. Un-able to reverse the spell, Samantha tells Darrin to call off- the dinner while she tries to find Endora. Although the Chases are on their way, Darrin tells Larry the dinner is off. Larry thinks Darrin is opening his own agency and trying to steal one of his clients. Larry sees the dancing toys through the window and thinks the Stephens are having a costume party. He takes the soldier to a bar. Although the soldier remains silent, Larry thinks he's working for Darrin's new agency. Darrin overhears Larry bemoaning his duplicity. All his explanations only bolster Larry's suspi-cions. Samantha arrives with Endora's spell and changes the soldier back to a toy. Larry swears off drinking and apologizes to Darrin. At home, Tabitha upsets Darrin by making long distance calls on her toy phone. Samantha says it doesn't matter as long as they are not on the phone bill. © 1966, renewed 1994 CPT Holdings, Inc. 3 Business, Italian Style

Darrin and Larry plan a campaign with Mr. Arcarius to in-troduce Chef Romani foods to the American market. Mr. Arcarius feels that Mr. Romans would give the account to McMahon & Tate if Darrin knew some Italian. Larry implies that Darrin is fluent in the language and orders him to learn Italian immedi-ately. Darrin buys a set of Italian language records. Annoyed by his slow progress, Endora casts a spell. Immediately he speaks like a native; even his English, is thickly accented. Samantha is frightened. Then both realize that Endora is at work and shout for her return to remove the spell. Larry is pleased by Darrin's quick mastery of the language. When Samantha tells him that Darrin how speaks only Italian, they thinks it's a good act. Impressed with Darrin's beautiful Italian, Mr. Romani is sure he's a native. He becomes upset when Darrin insists he's an American. Furious when Darrin seems to be denying his heritage and mocking him, Romani is ready to leave when Endora removes the spell. In perfect English, Darrin convinces Romani that he was proving that the food might be Italian but needs a straight American sell. After Darrin's successful campaign, Romans asks him to speak ITALIAN. Darrin is speechless until Samantha twitches her nose. 4 Double, Double...toil And Trouble

Annoyed when Queen Samantha holds court at 3 AM, Darrin forces her to dismiss her subjects. Furious, Endora resolves to get rid of Darrin forever. After Samantha leaves for a church bazaar, Endora summons Cousin Serena, Samantha's double. Darrin thinks his wife is still angry when Serena refuses to kiss him. Snooping Gladys comes for a cup of sugar. Serena stops her questions with witchcraft. Darrin is jolted when Serena declares she's not just a mortal housewife, but a queen. Endora pops in, freezes Darrin and scolds Serena for overacting. Darrin, feeling his marriage in danger, asks Larry Tate to find out what's bothering Samantha. Serena makes a play for him and Larry agrees Darrin has a problem. When Darrin asks if Endora cast a spell, Serena, tired of silly mortal games, conjures up witches and warlocks. Angry, Darrin storms out. Endora compliments Serena on a fine job. Darrin returns to find Serena ready to go out in a miniskirt. She answers his protests by changing herself into a slattern. When Abner, returning the sugar, reports Gladys saw Samantha at the bazaar, Darrin gets a glimmer, but thinks it was Samantha's double. As Samantha enters with a large pie, Darrin, thinking she is the double, shoves it in her face. Samantha, protesting her innocence, twitches up another pie. As Darrin grabs it, Samantha ducks and Endora gets the pie instead. When Serena appears, Darrin realizes his mistake. Later, Samantha reports that Endora, after a trial, is serving out her punishment. 5 Cheap, Cheap

Although she claims it's a bargain, Darrin wants Samantha to return an expensive coat. Determined to teach her son-in--law a lesson, Endora intones a spell, turning him into a prize miser. At the office, he criticizes his secretary for wasting office supplies. A conference with Mr. Bigelow, who prides himself on frugality, turns into a contest to cut costs, Larry complains that Darrin is losing money for the firm. At home Samantha gets a glimpse of the new Darrin when he turns out the lights and complains of household expenses. Samantha suddenly realizes her mother is responsible but can't reach her. Darrin invites the Bigelows and the Tates to an expensive meal at his home. When Larry reports Darrin's secretary has quit, he replies that the firm will save money. During the disastrous dinner, Samantha tries to reverse the spell. Her incantation goes awry and she succeeds only in turning Bigelow into a lavish spender. After an argument over a TV show for his company, Bigelow insists Darrin be removed from the account. Endora returns and removes Darrin's spell. He stuns Larry by a generous donation to Bigelow's favorite charity. Expecting a bonus on an important contract, Darrin asks Samantha to buy cruise tickets. Then Samantha finds she has lost her magic. Endora summons Dr. Bombay, the witches' doctor. He finds that Samantha's powers have clogged from disuse and prescribes prolonged levitation. Samantha finds herself floating in mid-air. When Larry Tate reports that MJ Nilesmunster is expected at the office to sign the contract, Darrin recalls his high school romance with Mary Jane Nilesmunster, who felt he jilted her. Darrin panics because Mary Jane swore revenge. Darrin calls home. Endora tells him Samantha can't come to the phone because she is flying. When a fly bothers him, Darrin decides it's his wife. Since MJ gives no sign of recognition, Darrin jogs her memory with old high school songs. Getting no response, Darrin feels Samantha is responsible. At home, Darrin accuses Samantha of turning herself into a fly and meddling in his business to insure the bonus. When he learns Samantha has lost control of her magic, Darrin wonders about MJ again. As Samantha is explaining, the piano plays, the fire roars, and a lighter flies around. Distracted Darrin heads for his favorite bar. Later, at her hotel, MJ having signed the contract, admits she recognized Darrin, but tried to forget her foolish behavior in the past. As the reminisce, Darrin inquires about "Stinky" Wilson. He makes a quick exit as MJ reveals she is now Mrs. Wilson. Darrin apologizes to Samantha, who is still floating. 7 Birdies, Bogies And Baxter

Larry feels if Darrin impresses Joe Baxter, an avid golfer, McMahon and Tate will get his account. Darrin wears himself out practicing. Annoyed, Endora makes a pass over his clubs and he begins making fantastic shots. Larry warns him not to, get too good. At lunch, as Baxter brags about his game, his wife confides to Samantha that it would her good if her husband were beaten by a rank amateur. Samantha adds her magic to perfect Darrin's game. Baxter flares up as Darrin beats him at every hole and starts coaching him. Larry frantically tries to make Darrin lose. Then Darrin's ball hits an old tin can, Samantha twitches and the ball goes in the cup. Baxter hurls his clubs into a water hazard. Baxter is happy when Larry fires Darrin. Then Mrs. Baxter, declaring that Baxter's firm is running on. her father's money, tells him the account is going to a new firm -- the Darrin Stephens Agency. Larry rehires Darrin and Baxter accepts de-feat. When Darrin announces he's turning pro, Samantha reveals the truth. 8 Safe And Sane Halloween

Samantha reads Halloween stories to Tabitha and shows her pictures in the book. When Darrin scolds Samantha, she insists the stories are harmless and Tabitha will go trick or treating like any other child. Upstairs, Tabitha brings the spooks to life and the picture page is blank. Gladys Kravitz prepares to take her nephew Tommy out in a Jack o' lantern costume. She tells Abner that Samantha should stay home. While Gladys is snooping around, Tommy hears laughter from Tabitha's room. A spook pokes its head out and Tommy bolts in terror. Later, as Darrin waits for Louise and Larry Tate, Samantha and Tabitha go out. The spooks follow and Samantha thinks they are Tabitha's friends. When they play rude tricks, Tabitha insists it was. Samantha takes her home and is horrified when she sees the blank page and then can't get the spooks back. Tommy changes places with the jack O'Lantern. After the spook shoves cake in a neighbor's face, Gladys takes him home. Tommy and the other spooks play tricks on Darrin and the Tates. The jack o' lantern scares the wits out of Gladys. She rushes over to the Stephens' where the spooks have changed Tommy into a goat. Samantha finally restores him to normal and makes everyone for-get what happened. With a few words, Tabitha gets the spooks back in the book. Darrin and Samantha are relieved when Tabitha settles down with a teddy bear. 9 Out Of Sync, Out Of Mind

Darrin's mother arrives, announcing she has left home be-cause her husband had a red stain on his collar. When Darrin is afraid that one of Samantha's unusual relatives will appear, she assures him that she'll head them off. Then Aunt Clara crashes out of the fireplace. Samantha suggests that Darrin show his home sound movies of Tabitha. Darrin finds the sound and picture don't match. Trying to help, Aunt Clara intones a spell. The movies are fine, but when Samantha's lips move, her voice is heard later. Aunt Clara can't undo the spell and goes to summon Dr. Bombay, who treats witches. Samantha fakes a cold but Darrin's mother insists on nursing her Mrs. Stephens panics when Samantha gargles and the sound is heard later. When Dr. Bombay pops in and thinks she is the patient, Mrs. Stephens faints. Samantha drinks the potion Dr. Bombay concocts and is cured. As she tells her mother-in-law, green strips appear on Samantha's face. Reacting to her mother-in-law's shock, Samantha looks in the mirror and is shocked too. Impatiently, Dr. Bombay predicts the stripes will gradually fade. Darrin's mother is overjoyed when her husband arrives to take her home. 10 That Was No Chick, That Was My Wife

Darrin looks forward to a restful weekend but Larry Tate orders him to Chicago to renew the Springer Pet Food contract. To create a favorable image, he asks Samantha to go along and offers a bonus. With some misgivings, the Stephen's leave Aunt Clara with Tabitha. The Springers are charmed by Darrin and Samantha. Then Samantha phones and learns Tabitha has brought a toy monkey to life. Samantha pops home and meets Louise Tate. She pops back to Chicago where Springer is phoning Larry. Since Louse had told him Samantha was at home, Larry apologizes that Darrin's wife couldn't go to Chicago. Springer declares he won't do business with a man who would pass off a strange blonde as his wife. He orders Larry to fire Darrin. Samantha explains what happened to Darrin. He only makes matters worse by explaining Springer met Samantha's cousin at lunch. Larry fires Darrin over the phone and orders him to clear out his desk before Springer arrives from Chicago. Samantha takes Tabitha to a doctor near Darrin's office. Springer ob-serves a pleasant family scene as the doorman greets the Stephens and Tabitha. Springer is confused by Darrin's explanation. How-ever, impressed by his independence, Springer orders Larry to rehire Darrin. 11 Allergic To Ancient Macedonian Dodo Birds

Endora and Tabitha finger-paint and produce an original Van Gogh. Darrin orders Endora to get rid of it but she can't. Samantha makes the painting disappear and Endora realizes her magic is gone. Samantha summons the witches' physician, Dr. Bombay. His diagnosis is that Endora has an allergy to the Macedonian dodo bird. Although it has been extinct for a couple of million. years, Bombay insists that Endora has come in contact with one. His cure is to pluck a feather from the bird to use in a magic potion. He adds that Endora's magic may have passed to someone else. When Aunt Clara makes a perfect landing, jubilant over her regained powers, Endora realizes that Aunt Clara now has her magic. Endora becomes a whining invalid, making constant demands on Darrin. She announces she will spend the rest of her life with the Stephens, which sends Darrin to the nearest bar for refuge. Samantha tries to track down the cause of her mother's illness and pops Darrin back home. Then Tabitha comes downstairs, followed by a huge bird she conjured up from a picture book. Bombay identifies it as a baby dodo and manages to pluck a feather for the curing potion. As Eudora regains her powers, Aunt Clara is stranded on the roof. 12 Samantha's Thanksgiving To Remember

Aunt Clara longs to see her Pilgrim friends on Thanksgiving Day. She pronounces a spell and zips the Stephens family, Gladys Kravitz and herself back to 17th Century Plymouth. Worried about what might happen to witches, Darrin begs Samantha to get them back home, but learns only Clara can do that. Samantha manages to twitch everyone into Pilgrim dress. When she asks Darrin to light a fire, he strikes a match and is immediately dubbed a witch by Phineas. Darrin is put on trial, with Miles Standish presiding. Phineas advises Darrin to confess witchcraft but declares he's doomed either way. John Alden pleads for proper evidence but Phineas retorts no one but a witch would defend Darrin. Aunt Clara tries frantically to recall the spell to get them back home. Samantha, conducting Darrin's defense, asks Phineas to light a match which he calls a witch's stick. When he hesitates,. Samantha twitches the match into flame. Phineas must now con-fess himself a witch or withdraw the charges. Standish orders Darrin freed, just as Aunt Clara remembers the spell. Sure that her Pilgrim clothes will convince Abner, for once, Gladys heads for home. Samantha twitches and all are back in modern clothing. Gladys feels she dreamt the whole episode. At the Thanksgiving table, the Stephens are horrified when Aunt Clara suggests it would be nice for Tabitha to meet Santa, at the North Pole before Christmas. © 1966, renewed 1994 CPT Holdings, Inc. 13 Solid Gold Mother-in-law

After she briefly turns him into a pony for Tabitha, Darren threatens to leave if Endora doesn't go first. Though Samantha convinces her mother to make amends, instead of issuing a simple apology, Endora sets out to endear herself to Darren, knowing it will only irritate him further. So, after struggling with a picture of his mother-in-law that has magically appeared on his desk, Darren takes extreme measures to incinerate Endora's photo, only to have it follow him back to his office. When a prospective client notices the picture when he arrives to discuss moving his account to the agency, Darren is forced to claim he loves his mother-in-law. When Larry insists on inviting Mr. Grayson to the Stevens' home for dinner that night, Darren must agree to invite Endora, too. However, while disapproving of Larry's arguing with his own wife, Louise. Grayson is impressed by Darren's seemingly loving relationship with Endora and offers to set him up with an ad agency of his own. So, after a sudden headache forces their guest to leave early, Larry fires Darren, accusing him of purposely courting Grayson for himself. Hoping to save his job, Darren stays up all night working on a new campaign for Grayson. Yet, when the arrival of his office furniture at the house underscores the fact that he has really been fired, he decides to pursue Grayson's offer after all. However, when Samantha casts a spell to convince Grayson that the campaign was really Larry's idea, the account is offered to Darren's ex-boss. Finally, puzzled by the circumstances surrounding Grayson's decision, Larry gives Darren his old job back with the promise to make him a partner in the future. © 1966, renewed 1994 CPT Holdings, Inc. Darrin decides to surprise Samantha with an antique rocker. En-dora overhears Darrin arrange to meet Alice Swanton, the dealer, and tells Samantha he will lie about the call. She casts a spell so that Darrin's ears grow with each lie. Darrin arranges to have the rocker delivered to Gladys Kravitz' home. Gladys becomes annoyed with Abner when he buys a power saw and insists he return it. As Darrin lies about his meeting with Alice, his ears grow and grow. By the time Larry Tate arrives with Grayson, a client, Darrin is wearing a beekeeper's mask to hide his strange appearance. Endora promises to remove the spell if Darrin can give a satisfactory explanation. He leads Endora and Samantha to the Kravitz' garage and shows them a large crate. Darrin opens the crate and finds Abner's saw. Abner saves him by explaining the truckers came for the saw and took the rocker by mistake. Gladys has been nagging Abner about Darrin's "peculiar" ears, so Abner asks Darrin to remove the mask. Endora makes a pass, and when Darrin removes the mask his ears are back to normal. Abner ships poor Gladys back to the psychiatrist. Later, Darrin pretends to lie to Samantha and she is shocked to see his enormous ears. 15 I Get Your Nannie...You Get My Goat

Before meeting Roy Chappell, a prospective client, at the country club, Samantha tells Darrin that their new baby sitter, Elspeth is a witch who was once her nanny. Darrin is upset until Endora arrives and threatens to hex him for displacing her as baby sitter. Elspeth, a jolly cockney, stops her and wins Darrin over. At the club, Larry warns that Chappell, a self-made man, wants an aggressive executive to handle his account. Endora arrives with Lord Montdrako an ancient British warlock, Elspeth's former employer. Furious that Darrin has stolen Elspeth, Montdrako gestures at him. Larry has trouble explaining why his hard-driving executive has a rose in his teeth. At home, the Stephens scold Elspeth for not telling them she worked for Lord Montdrako. Elspeth loves the Stephens and plans to stay on with them. At the office, Larry orders Darrin to show his tough side. Again Lord Montdrako gestures and Darrin finds himself in a Lord Fauntle-roy suit. When Elspeth refuses to go home with Montdrako, he traps Darrin inside a mirror. Samantha finds that Lord Montdrako is a lonely old man, who needs Elspeth for company. Using magic, Samantha turns Castle Montdrako into a tourist attraction, full of ghostly thrills. Excited by his new business, Montdrako decides he doesn't need Elspeth and frees Darrin from the mirror. Elspeth convinces Chappell that Darrin is a great individualist and he gives Larry his account. Elspeth vanishes as Samantha kisses Darrin. © 1966, renewed 1994 CPT Holdings, Inc. 16 Humbug Not To Be Spoken Here

Darrin plans to decorate the tree with Samantha on Christmas Eve. At the office he finds Larry Tate with a new client, J.W. Dor-timer, of Mortimer's Instant Soups, who loves only his soups and his clocks. Mortimer, who hates Christmas, insists that they work out the campaign at his house. When Darrin leaves because it is Christmas Eve, Mortimer threatens to take his account to another agency. Later, when Darrin is home asleep, Samantha nose-twitches herself into Mortimer's bedroom and takes him to meet Santa Claus at the North Pole. Forcing him to help Santa pack, Samantha warns him to be careful with a unique Betsy Brusily Doll. Samantha, Mortimer and Santa ride in the sleigh to the home of Hawkins, Mortimer's old butler, who has had to sneak out to play with his grandson Jamie. When Hawkin's daughter calls Mortimer a skinflint, the butler de-fends him as a lonely old man. When Samantha returns Mortimer to his mansion, he can't under-stand what has happened. In the morning, Mortimer arrives at the Stephens' with a case of his soups for a Christmas present and accepts an invitation to dinner. Samantha freezes everyone when Santa comes down the chimney and gives Tabitha the Betsy Brusily doll. Later, Mortimer doesn't know why he recognizes the doll. 17 Samantha's Da Vinci Dilemma

Dismayed to find Samantha hard at work painting the house, Aunt Clara conjures up a top painter -- Leonardo Da Vinci. Saman-tha asks her to send him back but Aunt Clara can't remember the reverse spell. To make Leonardo less conspicuous, Aunt Clara zaps him into one of Darrin's suits. At his office, Darrin finds him-self in Renaissance attire, with palette and paint bush. J. P. Pritchfield of Mint-Brite Toothpaste, thinks Darrin plans to use the Mona Lisa smile in his ad campaign. Darrin makes his way home and learns that Leonardo has left the house. Worried that he will be picked up, Samantha and Darrin begin a search. In a museum, Leonardo sees some modern sculpture. He thinks it is raw stone and begins to chip away with mallet and chisel. Samantha arrives in time to stop his arrest and returns the piece to its modern form. Leonardo is wrathful that his Mona Lisa will be used to sell toothpaste. Samantha tells him the only way to prevent it is to provide another idea for the advertising. Later, Darrin presents a palette of toothpaste in matching flavors, with Leonardo's pic-ture on the package. Pritchfield is sold on this major breakthrough into the children's toothpaste market. 18 Once In A Vial

Determined to break up the Stephen's marriage, Endora summons Rollo, a handsome warlock who courted Samantha in the past. Endora seethes when Bo Callahan, a boorish client, asks her to do commercials for his new perfume, designed for the older woman. Endora brings Rollo to dinned and gives him a vial of love potion. Rollo slips some into Samantha's drink, but Endora sips it instead and is immediately smitten with B. Bill Welters, the agency art director, finishes her drink and surprises Harriet, his wife of twenty years, by his ardent wooing. Endora decides to marry Bo and takes him to a Justice of the Peace. Samantha can't stop Endora so she works the J.P., making him mislay his glasses and forget the marriage service. Endora pops Samantha back to her own home, but she takes Bo with her. En-dora follows with J.P. and his wife. As he is about to pronounce Endora and Bo man and wife, the potion wears off. Endora again de-tests Bo and Samantha pops him back to his hotel. Bill once more takes Harriet for granted. Samantha tells Endora to stop trying to ruin her marriage, and that Rollo is too young to be Endora's escort. 19 Snob In The Grass

Darrin, who has been working overtime on the Webbley account, phones he'll be home for dinner, because they're switched agencies. Endora scoffs at Samantha's faith in Darrin. Larry feels they can get the J.P. Sommers account instead, because Darrin was once engaged to Sheila Sommers. However, Darrin is afraid of Sheila. Endora spills soup on Darrin when she finds him dining with Sheila, who resumes their romance. Samantha gives Darrin the silent treatment and an inedible breakfast. To placate her, Darrin wants to forego dinner at the Sommers. However, Samantha insists on going so Darrin can meet J.P. Sommers, and she can rise to Sheila's challenge. Darrin makes Samantha promise -- no witchcraft. Prepared for Sheila's deceit, Samantha and Darrin, in formal clothes, find everyone dressed for a barbecue. Sheila upstages Samantha, monopolizes Darrin and sounds off on wives who are a drag on their husbands. Determined to get the account, Larry stops Darrin from leaving. Darrin silently signals Samantha, removing his ban on witchcraft. Immediately, Sheila is attacked by a bee. The butler swats at it, disarranging her wig. The dog covers her with paw prints, unravels her sweater and rips off her pants. Completely undone, Sheila runs off. Next morning, as Samantha apologizes, Darrin feels it was worth losing the account, although Larry is angry. Then Larry praises Darrin for regaining the Webbley account. 20 If They Never Met

Endora makes life uncomfortable for Darrin after he scolds her for spoiling Tabitha. At a conference with Wendell, a prospective client, a cobra crawls out of Darrin's briefcase. Fired on the spot, he accuses Samantha of siding with her mother against him. Samantha maintains that Darrin really loves her. She accepts Endora's challenge to see what would have happened if they had not met. Invisible, they watch Darrin drive up in a flashy car to a plush office, decorated with pictures of his yacht and golfing trophies. There Larry offers him a partnership. Although Samantha insists Darrin is lonely, her confidence wanes when Sheila, his old flame, discusses their impending marriage. Her father, J.P. Sommers, Larry's best client, is paying for an elaborate wedding and honeymoon and has magnificent plans for them. Samantha insists Darrin is lucky, not happy. Darrin confides to a bartender that Sheila is wonderful and a millionaire's daughter, but he's not sure he loves her. He bumps into Samantha and feels he knows her. Darrin wonders if he's been holding off Sheila for someone else and asks Samantha to wait for him. Sure Darrin was unhappy without her, Samantha asks Endora to bring him back. Darrin appears and tells Samantha that despite their differences, he can't live without her. Larry rehires Darrin, praising him for scaring off Wendell, now indicted for fraud. Darrin admits that for once, Endora was helpful. He tells Samantha he can't imagine his life if he hadn't met her. 21 Hippie Hippie Hooray

Darrin quarrels with Samantha's cousin Serena, who is her double. Serena, now the Hippiest of hippies, sings rock and roll lullabies to Tabitha. Then she causes a riot at a park love-in and is arrested. Samantha zaps the picture out of Darrin's paper. However, Larry and Louise Tate think it is Samantha. Louise feels it might be Serena but Larry worries the bad publicity will cost him the Giddings Tractor account because Giddings is an old-fashioned farmer at heart. At the Stephens' that night, the Tates see Serena's psychedelic guitar and a telecast that she has vanished from jail. Darrin explains she is Samantha's cousin, but Larry is still skeptical. Serena, coming to apologize, hears Darrin speak unkindly of her. Bent on revenge, Serena, in full hippie regalia, shakes up Darrin's office by pretending she is Samantha. To convince Larry, Darrin invites the Tates to see Serena and Samantha at the same time. Unable to summon Serena, Samantha zips back and forth from Serena's identity to her own. With the table set for five, Darrin admits defeat and is sorry he started with Serena. Appeased, she appears and Larry sees Serena and Samantha together. 22 A Prince Of A Guy

Tabitha wants to know what happened after Prince Charming married the Sleeping Beauty and brings the Prince to life. Saman-tha is entertaining Larry and Louise Tate, Darrin's eager cousin, Helen, and her reluctant boyfriend, Ralph, at dinner. Tabitha can't send the Prince back. Endora alerts Samantha, who twitches him into modern clothes and presents him as her cousin, Charlie, an actor. A figment of witchcraft, the Prince charms Helen and Louise. Piqued when Helen has eyes only for the Prince, Ralph leaves. The next day Larry arrives to hire the Prince for TV cosmetic commer-cials, because he's irresistible to women. He sets up an audition, knowing the client's wife will be there. Endora reveals the Prince can't be photographed because he has no substance. Samantha rushes to the studio to stop the audition. When the Prince projects no image, the camera crew thinks it's a technical difficulty and postpones the audition. Back at the house, Samantha tries to send the Prince back before Darrin comes home. Because he wants to stay, the spell works. Then Samantha, getting the Prince away from Helen, shows him the Sleeping Beauty she conjured up. 23 Mc Tavish

While Darrin is working late, Aunt Clara tells Samantha her old boy friend Ockie, a warlock posing as Lord Ockham, has opened a hotel in are old castle in England. However, McTavish, the an-cestral ghost, is ruining business by scaring Ockie's guests. Re-luctantly, Samantha agrees to help Ockie. Samantha chases the -elusive ghost, clanking his chains and laughing eerily, all over the castle. Darrin's mother, one of the terrified guests, tells her incredulous husband she saw Samantha and phones Darrin. McTavish finally materializes and seta about terrifying Samantha with his removable head. Unimpressed, Samantha suggests he find a more comfortable place to haunt and he'd be in great demand in America. Darrin's mother finds Samantha but sees McTavish and faints. Samantha pops back home to find Darrin, somewhat high, philo-sophizing that she can't be just an ordinary housewife. He is scared silly as McTavish appears, declares he has taken Samantha's suggestion and will now haunt the Stephens. Darrin's parents fly home to sea Samantha. Ockie pops in to beg McTavish to come back because the guests miss him. Ockie agrees to McTavish's demands for central heating, air conditioning and plastic chains. During a hectic morning, a boy asks if the Stephens want the lawn mowed. Darrin says it has to be re-seeded. Darrin sees pancakes flipping themselves and argues with Samantha about witchcraft. He slams out of the door and a number flips over, changing the address from 462 to 492. While Samantha is out with Tabitha two men install a synthetic lawn. At 492, Bill MacLane waits for his plastic grass, over his wife's protests. Darrin thinks Samantha twitched up the synthetic lawn and rekindles their argument. Saman-tha removes it. The next morning, Darrin is roused from the living room couch by the men who installed the plastic grass. After some discussion, Samantha tries to get it back. Since Darrin insulted Endora, she interferes and Samantha's spell won't work. Bill gets into an argument with Darrin and raises his fist. Samantha twitches and he hits the fence. Samantha zips a beautiful lawn in front of the MacLane house. Bill is pleased but his wife won't look at it. Samantha changes it back to plastic and sets off another fight between the MacLanes. The next day all is serene at the Stephens, and Darrin hires the boy to re-seed the lawn. 25 To Twitch Or Not To Twitch

As Darrin rushes Samantha to an unexpected dinner party, they argue when she uses witchcraft to get dressed. Darrin also has words with Endora, who is minding Tabitha, about witchcraft. In the car after informing Samantha that everyone copes without witchcraft and forbidding her to use it, Darrin finds he has a flat tire. Samantha won't help and he has to change it in the rain. Darrin arrives dripping at the home of Dwight Sharpe, a, new client. He is forced to change into Sharpe's clothes, much too small. Sharps and Darrin exchange sarcasm about each other's height and the evening is a fiasco. Samantha and Darrin resume -arguing on the way home. It ends with Samantha vanishing with Tabitha. At the office next morning, Darrin is upset. Sharpe arrives, apologizes, and extends another dinner invitation to the Tates and the Stephens. Darrin tries to sidestep, but Larry won't let him, feeling a $500,000 account is at stake. As Endora sits on a cloud rocking Tabitha, Samantha misses Darrin. He wanders about the house calling her and they make up. He promises dinner for two that night. Samantha wills Larry to phone and she agrees to dinner at the Sharpes to set matters right. Expecting Darrin's mother, Samantha tries to warn Tabitha against using witchcraft, but she doesn't understand. Mrs. Stephens takes them to visit Gretchen Millhowser, so Tabitha can play with Little Michael. Their house is a mess because Gretchen, spouting child psychology, allows Michael to be completely destruc-tive. Michael bullies Tabitha and they fight over a toy. Tabitha cages Michael but removes it before their mothers answer his yell. When Michael wishes he was a dog who could bite Tabitha, she turns him into a bulldog. As he barks and Tabitha points, Samantha rea-lizes what happened. She talks Gretchen out of sending him to the pound taken .He snaps at her. The dog follows Gretchen around as she searches for Michael. Tabitha can't change him back. Samantha stalks the dog, which digs up a neighbor's flowers. She twitches up a badge, explaining she's a lady dogcatcher. Back at the house, Tabitha succeeds in bringing Michael back. When he insists Tabitha made him a dog, Gretchen thinks he's lying and loses patience. Realizing she was too permissive, she orders Michael to clean up. He orders Tabitha to leave and gets a whack from his mother. Mrs. Stephens asks about the dog and Samantha replies he finally heard his master's voice. Back at the Stephens', Samantha prevents her from seeing the toy bunny Tabitha brought to life. 27 Tabatha's Cranky Spell

While Darrin is away, Samantha stops Tabitha from witchcraft and argues with Endora about it. Then Larry Tate invites Samantha to dinner with the Bakers, hoping she can persuade Mr. Baker to modernize his firm's package. When Samantha protests she has no baby sitter, Louise insists on sending over her Aunt Emma. She arrives at the Stephens with a ouija board, hoping to contact her fiancée, Mr. Henderson, in the next world. At the Tates, Mr. Baker refuses to make any change in his Uncle Willie's business. As Aunt Emma works on the ouija board, Tabitha floats toys around. When a rocking horse goes by, Aunt Emma, sure it's Mr. Henderson's reincarnation, phones the Tates. Samantha, sensing trouble, cuts off the call and leaves for home. The Bakers and the Tates, hearing about a ghost, troop along. At the Stephens, Aunt Emma concentrates on the rocking horse ghost of Mr. Henderson. Samantha declares she was dreaming and to prove it, twitches her to sleep. In the kitchen. Mrs. Baker sees some milk floating up to Tabitha, and demands a seance to conjure up Uncle Willie. Baker thinks it's one of Larry's tricks and cancels his account. Samantha returns to the Bakers, to persuade him to change his mind by impersonating Uncle Willie. She is stunned when the old gentlemen's ghost appears. He asks Samantha's help to keep Baker from ruining his business. When Samantha assumes Uncle Willie's form, Baker thinks it's an actor hired by Larry. Convinced by her recital of some boyish pranks, he calls Larry to plan a new image for the firm. 28 I Confess

Displeased when Samantha discourages a drunk by witchcraft, Darrin declares Samantha should disclose she's a witch so she sends him into a dream. At first Larry won't believe she's a witch. When she demonstrates her powers, he suggests she help him seize control of the world. Darrin won't allow Samantha to use her powers for gain and Larry fires him. Samantha does tricks to convince the Kravitzes. Although. Gladys' suspicions are confirmed, she is frightened despite Samantha's assurances that she never harms anybody. As the dream continues, Darrin is mobbed when the Kravitzes sell tickets and popcorn. Samantha refuses everybody, including Mickey Mantle and an actor who wants to be President. Darrin can't get a job and Tabitha's friends won't play with her because Samantha won't use her witchcraft. General Stanton and Agent W report public demands that the Stephens be burned as witches. Samantha refuses when they ask her to use magic in the country's defense. She is shocked when Darrin in-sists she will. The Stephens are interned by the Army. Darrin pleads to get out as Samantha and Tabitha are taken for interrogation.. Samantha ends his dream and sends him into peaceful sleep. The next morning, Samantha dramatically proclaims her intentions to confess she's a witch. Darrin protests and Samantha asks why he changed his mind. 29 A Majority Of Two

In Darrin's absence, Larry Tate asks Samantha to invite Kensu Mishimoto, a Japanese client, to dinner, disclosing that his favorite dish is Hung Ai Wan Goo Rash. Larry gets worried when Samantha mentions Aunt Clara is visiting to recover from a quarrel with her boyfriend, Ocky. Aunt Clara sets a low table Japanese style and pops herself and Samantha into geisha girl costumes. Mishimoto tells Aunt Clare she resembles his beautiful departed wife. Larry tries to talk business, but Mishimoto plans to spend all his time with Aunt Clara. When Aunt Clara reports she expects Mishimoto to propose, Saman-tha uses magic to contact Ocky. Aunt Clara leaves for Paris, leaving Mishimoto free to talk business. However, Mishimoto feels humiliated and decides to leave at once. To stave off his departure, Samantha, literally losing face, explains that Larry holds her respon-sible for his failure with Mishimoto. Mishimoto is still determined to go, until Samantha twitches up a pretty Japanese stewardess. He decides to stay for another two weeks. Larry again broaches business, but Mishimoto has his mind only on the stewardess. Then Samantha learns that Hung Ai Wan Goo Rash is Hungarian goulash. © 1966, renewed 1994 CPT Holdings, Inc. 30 Samantha's Secret Saucer

Aunt Clare is minding Tabitha, who is playing with a flying saucer. The toy flies outside and Aunt Clara zips it back, but it is a real spaceship and she can't shrink it. Inside, spacemen Alpha and Orvis discuss their plight. Later, Samantha tells Darrin she can't undo Aunt Clara's spell and he threatens to use a saw. Panicky, the spacemen ready their N guns. At dawn, Gladys Kravitz spots the saucer and, despite Abner's scoffing, phones the Air Force. Col. Charles Burkett and his nephew, Capt. Tugwell feel Gladys is a nut but come to check. Darrin is relieved when they accept his story about promoting a new toy but later screams for Samantha when he sees Alpha and Orvis. Samantha pops into the saucer and talks family with the spacemen, explaining that Aunt Clara is a witch, and offers them breakfast. Gladys and Tugwell spot the spacemen. She tries to stop them but Alpha sends her into a happy trance. Tugwell finds Gladys picking flowers, denying everything. Aunt Clara zaps the spacemen back as Burkett arrives. Tugwell can't produce his floppy-eared men. Gladys hands hint a tulip, scolding him not to make fun of actors. 31 The No-harm Charm

Elated by Darrin's brilliant brochure for the multi-million Omega Bank, Larry plans to make him a full partner. But the bro-chure appears with the bank's assets listed as $100. Larry holds Darrin responsible and suggests he go on sick leave. Convinced that Endora is responsible for the mess, Darrin takes to his bed. When Samantha's Uncle Arthur, a practical joker, visits, Darrin gives up completely, but Uncle Arthur persuades Darrin he's on his side and gives him a lucky charm for protection. After he tests it, Darrin is convinced he's immune to witchcraft and other disasters. Darrin resolves to salvage the Omega account. When Samantha learns that Uncle Arthur, using psychology, gave Darrin a lamp finial, she hovers over Darrin , invisible, and saves him from several narrow escapes. Darrin persuades Larry to let him turn the goof into a humorous ad campaign humanizing the bank, and goes to see Mr. Markham. He's about to be thrown out when a gunman, impersonating a guard, stages a holdup. Darrin, with faith in his lucky charm, unnerves the robber with his cool and disarms him. Impressed, Markham keeps his account with Darrin's agency. Reading accounts of his exploit, Darrin explains the robber had no confidence and displays his lucky charm. 32 Man Of The Year

After the Hucksters Club names Darrin one of the Advertising Men the Year, Samantha insists it won't go to his head. Endora casts a magic circle around Darrin. Everyone in range, beginning with his secretary, is charmed. Out of range; they can't understand it. A difficult client, O.J. Slocum, swings in and out of she magic circle, between wild enthusiasm and doubt. Larry is puzzled too. Samantha thinks Darrin's ideas are vapid, but he's sure he's just beginning to be appreciated and on the brink of success. Aboard Mr. McMann's yacht, the senior partner is charmed. After Darrin leaves, he doesn't know why. Although Samantha suspects, Endora denies she put a spell on Darrin. Larry resents Darrin's success with McMann but is bewildered as he moves in and out of Darrin's circle of charm.. At the Tate's cocktail party, McMann introduces Mr. Gilbert and Mr. Angel. Darrin presents ad slogans which everyone except Samantha says are great. Mr. Ramser holds out a career in politics to Darrin, who envisions himself as President. Samantha realizes that Endora put a spell around Darrin, not on him and makes her remove it. Darrin maintains his ideas are brilliant, until Samantha repeats them. At the office, Darrin finds he's lost his magnetism, but everyone still likes his mediocre slogans. He asks Samantha to put back the spell temporarily and charms his clients into accepting good ideas. 33 Splitsville

Gladys Kravitz, in curlers and pajamas, decides to leave her husband in the middle of the night. When Samantha invites her in, Gladys is fearful but makes herself at home. Darrin is anxious to get rid of Gladys, a health faddist. Samantha feels the Kravitzes will get back together, but Abner shows no signs of it. After one of Gladys dinners, Darrin sends Samantha to work on Abner. She finds him in the middle of a mess, happily playing poker. Darrin announces that if Gladys doesn't leave, he will. In desperation, he allows Samantha to use witchcraft. To make Abner jealous, Samantha casts a spell over Mr. Hogers-dorf, the butcher. Bewildered, he interrupts Gladys' calisthenics to declare his affection. Samantha summons Abner, who wishes Hogers-dorf luck but reminds Gladys of his years of sacrifice. She reveals her queer regimen and diet was only to make herself attractive to him. Understanding, Abner embraces Gladys and sends the butcher away. Back in his shop, with the shoal removed, Hogersdorf doesn't know what happened. The Kravitzes go home and Samantha asserts love is stronger than witchcraft. Later, bearing a present of wheat germ oil, Gladys spots a gorilla Tabitha conjured up. Samantha (Elizabeth Montgomery) and Darrin (Dick York/Dick Sargent) Stevens are a perfectly normal couple, except for one small detail – she’s a witch! In a marriage complicated by the world’s witchiest mother-in-law (Agnes Moorehead), Sam’s promise to never resort to magic is tested when she can’t help using her powers now and then.

love the show Bewitched is about a young witch who is stuck between both worlds a magical life that she's trying to leave behind for her mortal husband who refuses to allow her to be her a witch.and a mother who refuses to give up on her daughter a witch she is and a witch she will always be her mother tries to remind her constantly

Watching it everyday for the last months. Up to the Salem Saga now. It's a very special show for me. Got to meet Elizabeth while I was living in LA 💓
