S4:Initially, a good show but some ridiculous choices, and repetitive explanations. Seasons 2-3 good and laid out plans but fail to follow through. Now they're Drilling at the top of a 100+ft mesa rather than at the road where anomaly is only 17 ft beneath their feet??Now dragging every thing that has happened it getting very tedious. Why didn't they call in well known geologist, or any number of other specialist instead of asking guys who know how to drill or kids that send up drones.

I’ve watched all the episodes - fascinating. There is clearly something happening at the ranch that our current scientific knowledge can’t explain. It’s a case of try something and see if you can observe and measure what happens. Then see if it is repeatable, and try to gradually build up a picture of what is causing the strange occurrences. In time this should lead to more targeted experiments and measurement leading to a breakthrough in our scientific knowledge. Fingers crossed.

I do think they spend too much time just doing experiments that cause some anomaly but don't follow up enough. They do experiments that sometimes fail and don't seem prepared to continue. For example they keep trying to get a look at what is buried but always fail and don't get serious enough. Uncover part of the mesa already, there are ways to do it. if they have reasons they should explain why they can't use other methods like explosives or airlift equipment to the top.
