Started so strong and then died. Can't get through season 4. Tony always gets put of bad situations based almost entirely on luck. Problems solve themselves most of the time, and nothing big happens. Eventually the writers just start doing things in the show that are clearly because they have no more ideas. Its sad really.

In spite of how GREAT this series was, it's hard to watch it now. Just knowing James Gandolfini is no longer among us just makes me sad. Many people don't realize what a great man he was. Granted it was a classic show, (my favorite) the legacy of this great man far out weighs the value of the show...RIP Mr. Gandolfini.

By far the best mob related show ever. Its a 1a-1b with this and Breaking Bad for best ever. This was the first show that sucked me in so to speak. Didn't watch it on HBO as it aired, but once I did start watching it I could not stop. I am one of the few who liked the ending. *Spolier Alert* He's Dead. David Chase choose not to show his brains being splattered all over the place, nor did he want to show the family watch him being murdered. It did happen though.
