After his initial angry reaction to Stacey's news, Uncle Bryn agrees to drive them all to Essex to meet the Shipmans. Pam has laid on a cracking spread and the party goes with a bang. But then Gavin and Stacey make an announcement that throws all the bonhomie out the window.

About this show

Gavin is an ordinary boy from Billericay, Essex, and Stacey an ordinary girl from Barry, Wales. After speaking on the phone to each other every day at work - they finally meet and fall in love... I won't lie to you, life is never quite that simple. For a start there are Gavin�s parents, Stacey�s mum and Uncle Bryn and best mates Nessa and Smithy to consider, as well as the small matter of living in different countries separated by a long bridge and a toll gate.

My freeview box mashed up and a friend gave me the box set unopened. Well I never watched it on TV. I've always fancied Joanne page. Sat it one day watched the whole 3 series and the Xmas special ( a bit lame) and laughed my heart out but Also cried my heart too in the last couple of episodes. It was amazing although it be a small part bur another princess to see was Sheridan Smyth (sorry sher if I mixed the I and Y up in your surname) anyway classic, wrote for us. James well done x next up? Dublin Steve...

All three seasons are £14.99 on iTunes in HD, over twice the price on Google Play! If and when the price comes down I'll buy it, as it's brilliant tv!

The continued showing on tv is not justified over priced. If the price was right it would have been a multi buys
